IGP Sicilian Lands | 100% Nocera | Northeastern Sicily | Organic

Radice Eterna is an Extra Brut Ancestral Method Sparkling Wine made from 100% Nocera, an indigenous grape variety grown in northeastern Sicily using organic and biodynamic practices, without chemical interventions.

The harvest is manual, in small crates.
Vinification takes place as a white wine, in an inert atmosphere. The wine is bottled during fermentation, without adding yeasts or sugars. The sparkling is naturally formed. The 8-month bottle aging develops fine perlage, tension, and aromatic depth.

Organoleptic Profile

Intense and bright pink color.
On the nose, strawberry, raspberry, and summer flowers, with a mineral hint recalling the hillside origin and proximity to the sea.
On the palate, it is fresh, vibrant, and balanced. The bubbles are fine and persistent, accompanying a long, dry, clean finish.

What is the Ancestral Method

The Ancestral Method involves bottling the wine during fermentation, without added sugars. The secondary fermentation occurs naturally in the bottle.
The result is a more direct, less contrived wine, truer to the grape variety.

Vigna Nica
