Tasting:
Ruby red color with violet reflections, it releases intense notes of underbrush and blueberry on the nose. On the palate, it is soft and balanced, with a light persistence and a complexity that reveals itself with every sip.

A lilac-toned flower among the most prized and carefully processed. Hours and hours of harvesting and care to create one of the most exquisite and sought-after spices in Italian and world cuisine: saffron. Sicily also boasts the cultivation of this splendid flower. Boniviri saffron is born right there, at the foot of Mount Etna, thanks to the care and harvesting all done strictly by hand, respecting the land and nature. Once the flowers are harvested, the stigmas are gently detached and then dried. It is at this point that saffron in threads is produced.
Zibibbo is an aromatic grape variety introduced to Sicily by the Arabs. When vinified dry in Marsala, it offers intense aromas of citrus, white flowers, and a marine saltiness.
